Conceived in 2019, the goal of Beggars Banquet was to pay homage to the music of the greatest rock and roll band ever (yes, we’re biased – no apologies!) 

Beggars Banquet is not your typical tribute act – there are no wigs or costume make-up (after all, there’s only one Mick, only one Keith!) Instead, we strive to play the music that you’ve heard on the radio (and now online) for decades. We bring our unique Rolling Stones musical tribute band experience all over North Carolina and Virginia in clubs and theaters, outdoor festivals, corporate events, and private parties.

We play all the hits (Gimme Shelter, Sympathy for the Devil, Satisfaction, etc), deeper cuts for the hard-core fans (Loving Cup, Midnight Rambler, 19^th Nervous Breakdown, etc), and might even venture into some songs the latest rolling Stones album from 2023! 

Beggars Banquet is comprised of nine veterans of the North Carolina music scene. Doug Davis (Lead Vocals, Guitar), Mike Edwards (Guitar, Vocals), Jeff Larson (Guitars, Harmonica, Recorder, Vocals), Kristin Larson (Cello, Vocals), Elizabeth Worley (Vocals), Chris Reed (Piano/Keyboards), Courtney Watkins (Saxophone, Percussion), John Wolk (Bass), and Jeff Abate (Drums, Percussion) have a love for the music of the Stones and the skills to deliver a performance you won’t soon forget.
